Easy Audio Editor is a feature-rich tool that allows you to edit and convert
your audio files. It supports all common audio and video formats. Using an AVI,
MPEG, WMV, or Quick Time file for input, the program can extract audio from
movies, music videos etc. It is possible to edit an audio file visually, by
clicking on its waveform with mouse. You can cut, copy, insert (also from an
audio file) different fragments, and you can even mix sounds. There are many
predefined sound effects (Amplify, Delay, Equalizer, Fade, Flanger, Invert, Normalize,
Reverse, MultiTapDelay, Silence, Stretch, Vibrato, Echo, Chorus) and filters (BandPass
Filter, FFT Filter, HighPass Filter, HighShelf Filter,LowPass Filter, LowShelf
Filter, Notch Filter) at your service. The program also allows you to record
sound from any source: CD, DVD, internet conference, internet radio station,
microphone etc. Easy Audio Editor is ready to convert an audio file from any
supported format to any other. Uncompressed and compressed WAV, WMA, OGG, MP3,
AIFF, AVI, AU, G721, G723, G726, MPC, and many other formats are supported. The
program can even rip Audio CDs and convert text to speech.
It can be recommended for home users that need some advanced features for
audio editing, but not the excessive functionality provided by expensive
professional software.
