Advanced WMA Workshop is a feature-rich digital converter designed as Windows Explorer. It can convert WMA to MP3, WMA to WAV, AAC to MP3, M4B to MP3, M4A to MP3, MP3 to M4A, and much more.
The familiar looking user interface makes managing the program easy. Find your files in the Folder Tree showing all the folders of your system on the left side of the program window. Select the ones to be converted in the File List on the right. Press one of the colorful buttons on the Main toolbar to convert audio to WMA, MP3, OGG, WAV, APE, FLAC, ACC directly. To speed up conversion of a large number of files you can use the built-in Batch Conversion engine, which is optimized for computers with multiple cores or processors. The WMA encoder will process multiple files fast and with excellent output quality. The Batch queue window is situated at the bottom and has its own toolbar. It allows to set different output formats for the files to be converted in a batch.
To increase conversion speed and save your disk space, Advanced WMA Workshop performs decoding/encoding without any temporary WAV files.
The WMA decoder contains a simple ID3 tag Editor to edit or delete information about title, artist, album, etc. You can retrieve missing information from the specified Internet database by clicking on the CD drive icon in Folders Tree. The information about music files is preserved after conversion.
You can use this encoder to rip CD to WMA, MP3, OGG Vorbis, AAC(M4A), FLAC, APE or WAV PCM format. Make use of the jitter correction option to compensate for reading errors when you rip scratched CDs and achieve better quality of the output file.
The WMA converter allows adjusting settings for output files to receive the desired quality and size. You can also specify a rule to generate output filenames using information from the tags or elements from the path to the source file to save the converted files separately and automatically delete original files.
