Power MP3 Cutter JoinerTheoretically, this should be a great piece of software: the interface is simple to use, and it has WMA and OGG support.
The big drawback is that it doesn't work properly. It plays files far too fast (compare the file times to those in Winamp, for example). Also, the cut locations are very sloppy. I tried cutting smallish sections out of a larger OGG file, and although the endpoints seemed fine when I previewed the track, in the final version each end point was out by upto 5 seconds. This is totally unacceptable for most purposes.
