mp3Tag Pro is a powerful MP3 tag editor with versatile functions and intuitive interface. The MP3 tag processor can download ID3 tags from internet services like FreeDB and Amazon when MP3 file information is unavailable (e.g. your records have filenames like track01.mp3 and no MP3 tags). Missing ID3 data (title, artist, album, year, genre, comments etc.) can also be retrieved from parts of filenames and folder names. You can import ID3 tags to your files from some external source and export existing audio tags to a text file for future reference.
The MP3 tag program is a great tool to organize music, it creates new subfolders and moves sound files into them according to your pattern. You can create a new structure of folders for your music if you have your files tagged correctly and sort all your boundless music collection in no time. At your command mp3Tag Pro will create folders for every artist, album, genre, year, and so on, using data from MP3 tags. Songs will be sorted into the corresponding subfolders.
Lyrics and cover art can be downloaded by mp3Tag Pro for any number of song files. The mp3 tag editor can save downloaded lyrics and pictures as tags inside your MP3 / FLAC / APE etc., or as separate files.
mp3Tag Pro can work with tags in MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, FLAC, APE, WV, M4A, AAC, MPC files. Tagging of audio files in different formats happens in the same way and they don't need to be processed separately. All supported formats can be tagged in one and the same session.
