Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer is a user-friendly music mixing and recording tool with a simple graphical interface and only basic sound effects. You can record, overdub and mix tracks in WAV and MP3 file formats.
Working with sounds is very easy in this MP3 mixer. You can just drag an unlimited number of sounds into it simultaneously. Then record more sounds from your microphone, line-in, or CD. If you need to record while playing back your previously recorded sounds, choose "Overdub". Select sampling rate, stereo or mono, recording level, and start recording. When done, check quality and save. Now you can position or resize your sounds in the program window by dragging and clicking with the mouse. The multi-track audio editor allows editing and creating pivot points for volume, pan, and playback rate. Any number of pivot points can be added. To apply other effects, you can use an external sound editor. The music editor allows importing playlists (.M3U & .PLS) to create mixes of your favorite songs!
To have more control over a large number of sounds you can combine audio tracks into a Sound Group. You can then move that Sound Group around as if it were one sound. Non-destructive pivot points can be added now for the entire group to affect its volume and pan. Previously created and saved Sound Group Files (.sgp) can be imported into the active session.
You can export your music mix to the following formats: MP3, WAV, WMA, or RealAudio. To choose the best RealAudio compression algorithms, you can quickly pre-listen your sound mix with different ones up to 5 minutes without converting the whole audio.
