MOVAVI Releases EnhanceMovie 1.3
Video restoration software so simple, your seventy six year old uncle Jack could use it.
EnhanceMovie is a no-nonsense, semi-automatic, skip-the-tech-talk video enhancement software created for amateur digital camera owners who'd like to improve quality of their videos. The program "cures" common video problems and distortions, including interlaced video, weird colors, poor brightness/contrast and blurred picture, among other things.
The main advantage of EnhanceMovie over competition, including the professional tools with more ammunition on board, is the fact that this program is brain-dead simple, created for folks who never took any AV classes, did not work in the television/movie industry nor have the knowledge of technical terms.
EnhanceMovie equips users with a variety of filters: Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Hue/Saturation, Deinterlace, Auto Levels, Auto Contrast, and a few others. Since the program applies the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) principle, all users have to do is either let the program automatically adjust picture quality or apply one of the filters and see the results immediately.
Here is what EnhanceMovie can do: calculate the best contrast in the frame automatically; remap the range of input color levels onto a new range of output color levels; remove interlaced horizontal lines; saturate video with more color and make it more vivid; focus blurry frames by increasing the contrast of adjacent pixels.
EnhanceMovie supports all popular digital video formats (AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV, ASF) and comes with step-by-step, teach-by-example tutorials for fixing common video problems, such as "purple" or too dark video, "blurred" image, etc. Program interface is extremely simple and requires no prior training whatsoever.
EnhanceMovie 1.3 is available for free download at www.movavi.com. The cost of registering the program is $39.95. Free e-mail support is available to users who need additional assistance with using the program.
MOVAVI is a small software company, formed by a group of digital aficionados, dedicated to making video editing as simple as brewing coffee or using a blender. The company flagship product EnhanceMovie 1.3 is already making head wave and attracting a large crowd of followers among amateur digital camcorder owners.
